Pre-treatment
Chemical pre-treatment is a crucial step in achieving high-quality powder coating. That’s why we place great emphasis on precise execution and quality in our paint shop. We use the phosphating method, during which an insoluble phosphate layer forms on the surface of the product.
At the end of the process, the product is thoroughly degreased and protected against corrosion, significantly improving the adhesion of the coating to the surface.
Powder Coating
- Powder coating is a modern method of metal surface finishing. It meets strict environmental protection standards. It guarantees high-quality metal surface finishing using powder paints.
- With proper pre-treatment, powder coating has a long service life. The coated layer is resistant to impacts, such as gravel, stones. It has good scratch resistance, excellent outdoor durability, and chemical resistance.
- All components are coated in a powder coating booth with floor-level extraction, which ensures a high level of cleanliness in the coating area and thus high quality of the final product.
- The curing of coated parts is carried out in a curing oven. The coated products are moved between operations using an overhead conveyor.
Paints
- We use powder coatings supplied by the official distributor of AkzoNobel.
- We offer a wide range of color shades according to the RAL color chart.
- Powder coatings allow a variety of special surface effects, including smooth finishes, fine to coarse textures, and gloss, matte, or semi-matte appearances.
- Powder coatings are highly resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and mechanical stress.
- The paints are UV resistant and color stable.
- Powder coating is environmentally friendly.
